Matched Pair of Butternut Coffee Tables

Two consecutive slab slices fro mthe same Butternut tree were used to create this nearly identical set of coffee tables.  The wood grain in the crotch of this pair made for a very dramatic set of furniture elements.  Hairpin legs in black perfectly complemented the blackened end of the slabs.
